Ľudova 50

Ľudova 50 je horský ultramaratón a turistický diaľkový pochod, ktorý prechádza krásnym pohorím Strážovských vrchov.

Trasa začína aj končí v obci Uhrovec, ktorý je rodiskom a domovom najvýznamnejšej slovenskej osobnosti – Ľudovíta Štúra. Štart trasy začína symbolicky spred rodného domu tohto velikána, podľa ktorého je pretek pomenovaný.

INFORMOVANÝ SÚHLAS A PREHLÁSENIE ÚČASTNÍKA PODUJATIA

Čestne prehlasujem, že som sa ako účastník oboznámil(a) so základnými informáciami o pretekoch Ľudova 50 2025 (ďalej je celý názov pretekov Ľudova 50 v tomto dokumente zastúpený slovom „Preteky“) a takisto aj s ďalšími informáciami a odporúčaniami od organizátorov Pretekov zverejnenými na webových stránkach https://www.ludova50.com, www.terminovka.sk a zároveň som bol zo strany organizátorov Pretekov informovaný prostredníctvom informačného e-mailu. 

- som sa oboznámil(a) s Pravidlami Pretekov zverejnenými na webových stránkach https://www.ludova50.com a www.terminovka.sk a tieto pravidlá sa zaväzujem počas celého trvania Pretekov dodržiavať.

- som sa oboznámil(a) s trasou pretekov Pretekov, informácie o ktorej sú zverejnené na webových stránkach https://www.ludova50.com a www.terminovka.sk

- som informovaný(á) o charaktere, priebehu a ďalších podmienkach Pretekov.

- mi nie je známa žiadna prekážka v mojom zdravotnom stave, fyzickom stave a psychickom stave, ktorá by mi bránila v účasti na Pretekoch, alebo ohrozila moju bezpečnosť počas trvania Pretekov. 

- nie som v karanténe (izolácii) po pozitívnom výsledku testu na ochorenie COVID-19 (5 dní od dátumu odobratia vzorky biologického materiálu s pozitívnym výsledkom alebo odo dňa objavenia sa prvých klinických príznakov ochorenia u osoby, pokiaľ sa počas posledných 24 hodín tejto doby u osoby nevyskytli príznaky znemožňujúce pracovnú činnosť.). 

- že som na tieto Preteky dostatočne pripravený(á) a som si vedomý(á) rizík  vyplývajúcich z účasti na Pretekoch takéhoto charakteru.

- som si vedomý(á) odporúčania organizátora Pretekov: absolvovať pred Pretekmi individuálnu lekársku prehliadku, najmä v prípade, ak som prekonal(a) infekčné ochorenie (angína, chrípka atď.) za obdobie posledných 6 až 8 týždňov pred štartom Pretekov.

- sa Pretekov zúčastňujem z vlastnej vôle a na vlastné nebezpečenstvo. Akceptujem, že organizátor Pretekov nenesie zodpovednosť za prípadné zranenie mojej osoby vzniknuté počas trvania týchto Pretekov. Beriem na vedomie a akceptujem, že nie som oprávnený(á) požadovať od organizátora Pretekov finančnú náhradu alebo uplatňovať iné nároky v prípade zranenia vzniknutého mojej osobe počas trvania týchto Pretekov. Prehlasujem, že som si vedomý(á) zodpovednosti a rizík spojených s mojou účasťou na Pretekoch. 

- organizátor Pretekov nenesie zodpovednosť za akékoľvek moje konanie, ktoré by bolo v rozpore s informáciami o Pretekoch uvedenými na webových stránkach https://www.ludova50.com a www.terminovka.sk resp. ktoré by bolo v rozpore s Pravidlami týchto Pretekov alebo v rozpore s pokynmi organizátora týchto Pretekov, či ním poverených osôb (najmä dobrovoľníkov a zdravotníkov pôsobiacich na Pretekoch).

-  organizátor Pretekov nenesie zodpovednosť za akúkoľvek škodu mnou spôsobenú počas trvania týchto Pretekov tretím osobám na zdraví alebo na majetku.

- som si vedomý(á) toho, že organizátorom Pretekov nebolo uzatvorené žiadne osobitné poistenie pre náhradu škody, ktorá by mohla účastníkovi vzniknúť v súvislosti s účasťou na Pretekoch

- beriem na vedomie, že zdravotnícke služby organizátora Pretekov sú poskytované len na vopred oznámenom stanovšti (resp. stanovištiach) v rozsahu prvej pomoci v prípade nehody.

- organizátor Pretekov, resp. dobrovoľníci a predovšetkým zdravotníci pôsobiaci na týchto Pretekoch, majú v záujme ochrany zdravia účastníkov týchto pretekov právo zastaviť účastníka, ktorý bude javiť známky prílišného vyčerpania a bude hroziť zásadné ohrozenie jeho bezpečnosti, zdravia alebo života. V prípade zdravotných komplikácií, ktoré by mohli ohroziť bezpečnosť, zdravie alebo život účastníka Pretekov, majú právo rozhodnúť o ukončení jeho účasti na Pretekoch alebo o jej prerušení na nevyhnutný čas.

- som si vedomý(á) toho, že organizátor Pretekov si vyhradzuje právo zmeny trasy a programu týchto Pretekov, ako aj prerušenia, predčasného ukončenia alebo zrušenia týchto Pretekov, a to predovšetkým za účelom zaistenia bezpečnosti účastníkov Pretekov. V prípade takejto zmeny trasy, prerušenia Pretekov, predčasného ukončenia alebo zrušenia Pretekov nevzniká účastníkom Pretekov nárok na vrátenie štartovného poplatku ani jeho časti.

- som si vedomý(á) toho, že organizátor Pretekov zodpovedá za povolenie pre využitie miesta určeného k usporiadaniu Pretekov. Predovšetkým ide o miesto štartu, miesta občerstvovacích staníc (kontrolných stanovíšť), miesto cieľa a trasu Pretekov. Organizátor však nenesie zodpovednosť ani neposkytuje záruku za stav trasy Pretekov, alebo za podmienky konania Pretekov dané napríklad počasím alebo inými nepredvídateľnými okolnosťami (organizátor nie je zodpovedný za poveternostné podmienky v dobe konania Pretekov).

- sa zaväzujem dodržiavať všetky pokyny od organizátora Pretekov ako aj pokyny od dobrovoľníkov a od zdravotníkov pôsobiacich na týchto Pretekoch, a to počas celého trvania Pretekov. 

- sa zaväzujem mať pri sebe počas trvania Pretekov kompletnú povinnú výbavu uvedenú v Pravidlách na webstránke https://www.ludova50.com a www.terminovka.sk, o ktorej som bol informovaný aj prostredníctvom informačného e-mailu. 

- som si vedomý(á) toho, že som povinný(á) dodržiavať legislatívu SR, menovite Zákon č. 543/2002 o ochrane prírody a krajiny.

- budem dodržiavať dopravné predpisy a zvýšim svoju opatrnosť tam, kde trasa Pretekov prechádza cez pozemné komunikácie s premávkou.

- súhlasím, aby moja účasť na Pretekoch bola zaznamenaná v audiovizuálnej forme organizátorom Pretekov alebo ním poverenými osobami (najmä dobrovoľníkmi, fotografmi, kameramanmi), pričom súhlasím, aby záznamy alebo fotografie vytvorené pred, počas a po skončení Pretekov na mieste ich konania boli použité organizátorom Pretekov alebo ním poverenými osobami na účel prezentácie Pretekov, a to bez nároku účastníka Pretekov na odmenu.

Prehlasujem, že všetky mnou uvedené údaje pri registrácii sú pravdivé a na toto podujatie dávam plný súhlas s rešpektovaním podmienok tohto dokumentu.

Prehlasujem, že som si vedomý(á) právnych následkov plynúcich z uvedenia nepravdivých údajov.

INFORMED CONSENT AND DECLARATION OF THE PARTICIPANT

I hereby declare on my honour that I, as a participant, have familiarised myself with the basic information about the People's 50 2025 race (hereinafter the full name of the People's 50 race is represented by the word "Race" in this document) as well as other information and recommendations from the organisers of the Race published on the websites https://www.ludova50.com, www.terminovka.sk, and I have also been informed by the organisers of the Race by means of an informative e-mail.

- I have read the Rules of the Race published on the websites https://www.ludova50.com and www.terminovka.sk and I undertake to abide by these rules throughout the duration of the Race.

- I have read and understood the race route of the Race, information about which is published on the websites https://www.ludova50.com and www.terminovka.sk

- I am informed about the nature, course and other conditions of the Race.

- I am not aware of any impediment to my health, physical condition or mental state that would prevent me from participating in the Race or jeopardise my safety during the duration of the Race.

- I am not in quarantine (isolation) following a positive test result for COVID-19 (5 days from the date of collection of the positive biological material sample or from the date of the first clinical signs of the disease in the person, unless the person has developed symptoms disabling him/her from work during the last 24 hours of that period).

- that I am adequately prepared for the Race and am aware of the risks of participating in a Race of this nature.

- I am aware of the recommendation of the Race organiser: to have an individual medical examination before the Race, especially if I have had an infectious disease (tonsillitis, flu, etc.) in the last 6 to 8 weeks before the start of the Race.

- I participate in the Race of my own free will and at my own risk. I accept that the Race organiser will not be liable for any injury to my person sustained during the course of the Race. I acknowledge and accept that I am not entitled to claim financial compensation or any other claim from the Race Organiser in the event of injury to my person during the course of this Race. I declare that I am aware of the responsibilities and risks associated with my participation in the Race.

- The Race organiser is not responsible for any action I take which contravenes the information about the Race provided on the websites https://www.ludova50.com and www.terminovka.sk or which contravenes the Rules of the Race or the instructions of the Race organiser or persons authorised by the Race organiser (in particular volunteers and medical staff working at the Race).

- The Race Organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused by me to third parties to health or property during the duration of this Race.
 

- I am aware that no special insurance has been taken out by the Race organiser to cover any damages that may be incurred by the participant in connection with participation in the Race

- I acknowledge that the Race Organiser's medical services are provided only at the pre-announced first aid post(s) in the event of an accident.

- In order to protect the health of the participants in this Race, the Race Organiser, or volunteers and in particular the medical staff working at this Race, have the right to stop a participant who shows signs of excessive exhaustion and there is a substantial risk to his/her safety, health or life. In the event of medical complications that could endanger the safety, health or life of a participant in the Race, they have the right to decide to terminate his/her participation in the Race or to suspend it for an unavoidable period of time.

- I am aware that the Race Organiser reserves the right to change the route and programme of this Race, as well as to interrupt, prematurely terminate or cancel this Race, primarily in order to ensure the safety of the participants in the Race. In the event of such a change of route, interruption, early termination or cancellation of the Race, the participants in the Race shall not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any part thereof.

- I am aware that the Race Organiser is responsible for permitting the use of the site designated for the Race. In particular, the starting point, the refreshment stations (checkpoints), the finishing point and the route of the Race. However, the Organiser is not responsible or liable for the condition of the Race route or for the conditions of the Race due to, for example, weather or other unforeseeable circumstances (the Organiser is not responsible for the weather conditions at the time of the Race).

- I undertake to comply with all instructions from the Race Organiser as well as instructions from volunteers and medical staff working at the Race throughout the duration of the Race.

- I undertake to carry with me for the duration of the Race all the mandatory equipment listed in the Rules on the website https://www.ludova50.com and www.terminovka.sk, which I have also been informed about via an information e-mail.

- I am aware that I am obliged to comply with the legislation of the Slovak Republic, namely Act No. 543/2002 on the Protection of Nature and Landscape.

- I will comply with traffic regulations and increase my caution where the Race route crosses roads with traffic.

- I agree that my participation in the Race will be recorded in audiovisual form by the Race organiser or persons authorised by him (in particular volunteers, photographers, cameramen), and I agree that the recordings or photographs made before, during and after the Race at the Race venue will be used by the Race organiser or persons authorised by him for the purpose of presenting the Race, without any remuneration to the participant in the Race.

I declare that all the information provided by me at the time of registration is true and I give my full consent to this event subject to the terms and conditions of this document.

I declare that I am aware of the legal consequences of providing false information.
