GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"Registered Participant" means a person who registered as a participant in the Sports Event in the User Profile at Website.

II. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1. Stella Digit based on a contractual relationship with the Organizer provides for the Organizer through the Website registration and familiarization of Registered Participants with payment data necessary for the payment of the corresponding Starting Fee selected by the Interested Parties Sports event directly to the bank account provided by the Organizer for this purpose through the Website, and in particular the User Profile. ➢ information about other Registered participants for specific Sports event.

IV. Cancellation of the User Profile

1. The user of the website is entitled to cancel his user profile, without giving a reason and at any time during the duration of the User Profile. VII. Rights and obligations of the Registered Participant

VIII. Complaints

1.
